MooNana LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use any of our applications and services (collectively, "Apps"). This policy applies to all apps published by MooNana LLC across all platforms.

Information We Collect

Depending on the App and features you use, we may collect the following types of information:

Location Data

Some of our Apps request access to your device's location services to provide location-based features (e.g., finding nearby restaurants or points of interest). We collect precise and/or coarse location data only while the App is in use and only when you grant permission. Location data is used solely for App functionality and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties except as described in this policy.

Device Information

We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for the purpose of improving compatibility and diagnosing issues.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymized usage analytics such as feature interactions, session duration, and crash reports to help us improve our Apps.

User-Provided Information

If you contact us for support, provide feedback, or voluntarily submit information within an App (such as display names or preferences), we collect that information to fulfill your request and improve your experience.

iCloud & CloudKit

Some of our Apps use Apple's CloudKit service to sync and store data associated with your Apple ID (such as lobby data, preferences, or shared content). This data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure under your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your Apple ID or iCloud credentials. Data stored via CloudKit may include user-generated content such as display names, votes, and session data required for App functionality. You can manage or delete this data through your iCloud account settings.

Advertising

Some of our Apps display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These services may collect and use certain data to serve relevant ads, including:

  • Advertising identifiers (e.g., Apple's IDFA, Google Advertising ID)
  • Device information and general location (derived from IP address)
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting your advertising identifier for personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized to you.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate with third-party services to provide functionality. These may include:

  • Google Services (Maps, Places API) — for location-based features, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
  • Apple Services (CloudKit, StoreKit, MapKit) — subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
  • Google AdMob — for serving advertisements, as described in the Advertising section above

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate core App features (e.g., location-based recommendations)
  • Sync data across devices via CloudKit
  • Display advertisements and measure ad performance
  • Improve and optimize our Apps
  • Fix bugs and technical issues
  • Respond to support inquiries

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • Ad networks — advertising identifiers and device data as described in the Advertising section, subject to your ATT consent on iOS
  • Service providers — third-party APIs that power App features (e.g., Google Places), which receive only the data necessary to fulfill their function
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, regulation, or legal process

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You can manage your data as follows:

  • Location data — used in real time and not stored on our servers
  • CloudKit data — can be deleted through your iCloud account settings or by deleting the App
  • Advertising identifier — can be reset or limited through your device settings
  • All data — you may request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us at the email below

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of personalized advertising (via device settings or ATT prompt)
  • Withdraw consent for location access (via device settings)
