Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any application or service provided by MooNana LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all apps published by MooNana LLC (collectively, "Apps") across all platforms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.

Use of Services

You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of our Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Apps
• Use our Apps to transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Exploit any bugs, glitches, or unintended features for unfair advantage
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Apps

Location-Based Services

Some of our Apps provide features that rely on your device's location. By enabling location services for our Apps, you acknowledge that location data is used to provide functionality such as finding nearby businesses, restaurants, or points of interest. The accuracy of location-based features depends on your device and third-party service providers (such as Google Maps or Apple MapKit). We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any location data or third-party business information displayed in our Apps.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our Apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock premium features. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play)
• Refunds are handled by the platform provider according to their refund policies
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice

Advertisements

Some of our Apps display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using our Apps, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed during your use of the App. Ad-free experiences may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions where offered. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

User Content & Shared Features

Some of our Apps allow you to create or share content with other users (such as lobby sessions, display names, votes, or preferences). You are responsible for any content you submit. By using shared features, you agree not to submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may rely on third-party services (including but not limited to Google Maps, Google Places, Apple CloudKit, Apple MapKit, and Google AdMob) to provide functionality. Your use of these services within our Apps is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are owned by MooNana LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Apps without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information provided (including business listings, restaurant data, or location results) will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MooNana LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our Apps, any decisions made based on information provided by our Apps, or any third-party services accessed through our Apps.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time and for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of South Carolina.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
